Binary Classifier Metrics
The command Math/Binary Classifier Metrics... serves to calculate various performance metrics of binary classifiers. The tool assumes that both the target data and the predicted values are stored in two separate columns of the data container. After selecting the two data vectors using the eyedropper buttons all major classifier metrics are calculated for a given threshold. Further, the most important metrics are displayed as a diagram which can be used to change the classification threshold.
