Create

Declaration:	TRndForest.Create (AOwner: TComponent);
The method Create creates an instance of the TRndForest class and initializes its data. Please note that Create must be called before any other access to the spectral collection. The parameter AOwner is the owner component. You should set it to nil if the class is used as a non-visual component (which is normally the case).
