Unlocking the Evaluation Copy

Command: Setup -> Activate License...

When installing DataLab it is initially set up as an evaluation copy which is restricted in the size of the data matrix it can handle. If you want to work with data matrices having more than 500 elements (number of rows times number of columns) you have to install the license code which has been delivered to you when purchasing the product.

In order to activate the license click the command Setup/Activate License.... This will bring up a dialog which allows to select the license code. After selecting the code you are asked to enter your personal activation password (this password has been delivered with the purchased license code).

After successful activation, DataLab displays the About box showing the current license conditions:
