SaveColPalFile

Declaration: SaveColPalFile(FName: string; ColPal: TColorPalette): integer;
Save the color palette ColPal as a file on the harddisk. The parameter FName defines the filename of the color palette.

The function returns the following error codes:

 0 ... everything OK
-1 ... the color palette cannot be written to the disk
