Scatter Matrix
The scatter matrix is calculated from the data matrix A be applying ATA. The user interface offer a few tools to marking values below or above a certain threshold, and for finding the minimum and the maximum value. In order to copy the scatter matrix to the matrix clipboard there is a command in the context menu (right-click into the matrix).
